IT'S SUMO BABY!! Allan, my brother Kaare who came to visit us this week, and I went to Osaka to see what you only can experience in Japan.. Sumo. We all loved the sport and had a very cool day watching the tournament. I am simply amazed by these giants who toss each other around and give what appear to be gigantic wedgies to each other. Ouch!!!! We learned that these big fellows are quite popular and the best of them even earn lots of money and dates models..OMG! The game is quite simple. To win you have to push your opponent out of the ring or make them touch the ground with their hands or knees. This usually takes 24 seconds. The rest of the time they perform old rituals, stare each other down, wash them selves and toss salt in the ring to prevent getting hurt during the game..YES salt will save you if your faith is strong enough. We also learned that size doesn’t matter in sumo…

It don't matter if you're black or white..
Tokyo is packed with a kind of play arcades where you can play video
games (of course) but theses places also hosts machines where you can
put endless amounts of coins in them and try to grab a tiny teddy
bear with a robot arm. Although it looks easy.. empirical studies
done by your's truly show that it isn't that easy...
Some times the machines cheat you, some times you cheat the machine
and win two dolls....MUHAHA who is laughing now stupid japanese
amusement place?!?

Cherry blossom girl
The cherry blossom is just around the corner and is a very celebrated
event here in Japan. Normally, the cherry trees blossom in April but
this year some of the trees began to bloom in march, thanks to global
warming I guess... Pretty though!

Different strokes different folks!
Tokyo is full of cool architecture and of course I want you to see
some of it! Notice that even the playgrounds are like modernistic
sculptures!

Footloose
Since we are in Japan, the land of endless opportunities for good or worse, I decided to try the fantastic Detox Pads. You put the pads under your feet before you sleep and when you wake up in the morning your whole body is detoxed and clean... through your feet man!!! Well, after a good nights sleep I woke up and felt... the same as the day before.
