Neat and groomy

My very first impression of Japan can be described in two words: neat and groomy. Neat because the streets are so unbelievably clean. There is simply not a single piece of garbage to be seen for miles. Later I fund out that the Japanese are obsessed with sorting their garbage, which is a god thing since they produce a lot of it. They have a tendency of wrapping everything in paper and plastic at least twice.

The other word, groomy, fits because all the houses, gardens and trees are well-groomed. The trees are cut into specific shapes and the gardens are basically very strict and not a single stone is out of order. Me likes...
